Josie Dangler is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) providing online therapy to adults in North Carolina and Illinois. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill before completing her Master of Social Work at the University of Chicago, giving her a genuine, longstanding connection to the Triangle area.

Josie has been practicing therapy in a private practice setting since 2022. Her approach is trauma-informed, relational, and client-centered, meaning therapy is shaped around you: your goals, your pace, and what actually feels helpful.
