Josie is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been practicing therapy since 2022. Josie uses a relational, person-centered approach to therapy. Together, you will work towards treatment goals. Josie uses a variety of modalities in her therapeutic style, including dialectical behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and internal family systems.​
